Purchaser understands and agrees that Scouting-Report.com offers only Website Design and Hosting Services, without warranty as to the suitability of its products for purchaser's particular application.

By agreeing to purchase any Scouting-Report.com product, purchaser agrees to hold harmless Scouting-Report.com, Stewart Instruments, Inc, their respective staff, officers and employees, from any perceived, or actual consequential, or inconsequential damage from the use, or mis-use of these products.

Scouting-Report.com strives for excellence in their products, but cannot be held responsible for any website downtime beyond their control that may be experienced from time to time.

The accuracy and quality of the content of each website designed by Scouting-Report.com for the purchaser is solely the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser will obtain authorization for information provided for use on their website on behalf of any third parties, including quotations, prior art and copyrights.

While Scouting-Report.com will do its best to render photos and video at the best possible quality, purchaser understands that website quality won't be better than the quality of text, photo and video provided by the purchaser.
